Microwave-assisted synthesis of 4,6-dihydroxyaurone derivatives

چکیده

In this study, the authors described evaluation of microwave-assisted reaction conditions for synthesis 4,6-dihydroxyaurone derivatives, including 2’,4’,6’-trihydroxychloroacetophenone (50 W, 65°C and 30 min); 4,6-dihydroxybenzofuran-3(2H)-one 60°C 5 min), 80°C 20-40 min). The optimum procedure was applied to prepare derivatives with different substituents on benzylidene ring.
